Question 1

Do I need to prepare my home before window cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No prep is required on your part. We handle everything to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Question 2

What makes your "Protective Wash" different from a standard window cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Traditional window washing just removes dirt until the wind blows again. Our multi-step process includes a specialized, one-sided sealant applied to the exterior glass. This creates an invisible barrier that actively repels water, dust, and elements, keeping your windows looking flawless much longer.

Question 3

Why do my screens need a UV conditioning treatment?

Accepted Answer

The harsh Antelope Valley sun quickly fades and dries out window screens, making them brittle and ruining the look of clean glass. Instead of just rinsing them, we apply a professional-grade UV-protective conditioner that restores their rich color and significantly extends their lifespan.

Question 4

Will rain ruin my freshly cleaned windows?

Accepted Answer

Dirt ruins windows, not rain. Because our signature process includes a specialized exterior sealant, standard rainwater simply beads up and rolls off your glass instead of mixing with dust and leaving hard water stains. However, we know Antelope Valley storms can occasionally bring heavy, dusty winds. That is why we include a Rain Guarantee with our service plans. If an unusual storm spots up your freshly sealed glass within your guarantee window, just give us a call and we will touch up the affected exterior windows. The length of your Rain Guarantee; ranging from 48 hours to a full month; depends on the specific package you choose.

Question 5

How do you reach high or second-story windows?

Accepted Answer

We use a state-of-the-art Water-Fed Pole system and specialized extension poles. This allows us to safely clean and seal second-story windows from the ground using purified water. It guarantees a pristine, streak-free finish without the risk of ladders damaging your siding or landscaping.

Question 6

Do you offer regular maintenance schedules?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For local businesses, we offer a dedicated commercial storefront route to ensure a crystal-clear first impression for your customers. For homeowners, we offer recurring maintenance plans so you can lock in our protective process and never have to worry about dirty windows again.

Question 7

How do you calculate your prices?

Accepted Answer

We believe in transparent, straightforward pricing. For residential homes, we price based on the square footage of your property and whether it is a single or two-story home. We offer three distinct tiers of service—ranging from a basic clean to our comprehensive annual protection plan—so you can choose the exact level of care your home needs.
